You know you're addicted to letterboxing when...
... you have, in your garage, a heavy-duty corded vinyl bag filled
with rocks that are just the right size for building a small letterbox
shelter! (note that the bag is not so big that it can't be lifted and
deposited in a trunk... but I wouldn't want to carry it a long ways!)

I'm happy to post on almost any topic that isn't "that other thread."
You know you're addicted to letterboxing when . . .
. . . you buy mints or gum just because the tin would make an excellent
hitchhiker/cootie/flea, and you throw away the mints or gum!

-Addicted to LB lol. You know your addicted to LB when every place
you go you kinda look to see if there are any good "hiding" places for
a new LB.
I use a long handled squeegee handle (squeegee removed) great for
walking and rooting around in places for LB. Have a great day everybody!

LOL! I did that very thing this morning! I pitched the mints when I
saw that they contained "neotame" (aspartame's even more toxic chemical
cousin; aspartame is a known neurotoxin).
Now for the proper parasite...

You know you're addicted to letterboxing when...
... you wake up Sunday morning (like today) after dreaming all night that
you have been letterboxing all night in some strange place!

"Hey Mom. do you think this container is water-tight."
"Hey Mom. I've got an idea for a series."

You know you're addicted to letterboxing when...you buy a new container thinking it will be perfect for that new letterbox you're planning and then the "stuff" won't fit in it and you look at your husband and say "now what am I going to do with this?" and he says "we could use it for leftovers".....true story

You find yourself saying "The baby is a week old, and I'm feeling
better. We're ready for our first outing. Let's go letterboxing!"

We did this, too! Our baby was nine days old when she visited her
first letterbox on an unusually warm (60 degree) New Year's Day!

your going away with you husband with no children for the first time
in 8 years and all you can think about is, "I wonder if there are any
LB's there" and your husband...who's a non boxer...thinks your nuts so
you do a trade off...."we can go to the near by casino (which you can
take or leave) if we can stop at the only LB in the area on the way!!"
-true story and I made this trade. Anything to get a box 2000 miles
from home!
